Welcome to Raven’s Gate Primitives! Here you will find hand-dyed wool, rug hooking patterns, rug hooking kits, and information on rug hooking and needle punch. I offer classes monthly on rug hooking, needle punch, and how to make goose feather trees for every holiday.

My patterns, kits, and completed rugs are all my original designs.  Using only the best linen or monks cloth backing, your rugs will hook up easily and last forever.  I work out of my home studio and will soon be adding classes offered in my home.  If you are interested in one on one instruction, or would like to book a class with a group of friends, drop me an email under the Contact page.  

Along with my rug hooking, I also create goose feather trees just like from times past.  They are crafted from dyed goose feathers and will be offered in different sizes and colors.  I will also be offering classes in creating these trees, so check back often!
